Excellent Client Service

We are a financial services company and we need reliable working phones
and tech support. ComTech approached us with a very competitive quote
with an outline of the service that comes with it. They are knowledgeable,
professional and very responsive. We were then transitioned to Dirk
Munson who helped us map out our needs and made recommendations and took
time to understand our operations. He was also awesome to work with. Finally,
Sage our installation technician came to our business, explained our system, installed and
waited for the numbers to be ported from our old provider before he left. He too was extremely
knowledgeable and professional. In all our interactions with ComTech, we were met with
just the most caring and professional people. We love our new phone service and the
equipment. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking for excellent client service.
