Jennifer is one of our Senior IT Support Engineers here at ComTech and has been with us for an amazing thirteen years. Altogether, she has twenty-one years of experience in desktop support, server and network management. Jennifer has a wealth of knowledge across many areas of IT. You may finder her working in various disciplines – from configuring, installing or troubleshooting your server and network equipment to setting up Office 365 or your phone system. She also steps in on escalation tickets and remote support.

Jennifer is A+ certified and a Microsoft Certified Professional.

In her free time, Jennifer enjoys travel, bike riding and being active in her church.
