Auto Attendant now in use

Due to ever increasing call volume we have had to start using our auto attendant to route calls. We will still make every effort to answer calls as they come in but do not be surprised if you get an auto attendant. If the proper department cannot answer your call then please leave a message and we will return the call promptly. Calling back repeatedly only slows down the response process since we will have even more messages to retrieve. We have increased our staff to 10 people and are handling calls as quickly as possible.
We sincerely believe this will give everyone faster and better service since support personnel will not be taking sales calls and vice versa. Proper routing saves time and keeps everyone on the appropriate task. We appreciate your patience while we implement this new system.
For SupportNet customers -- the private emergency extension is still active for you. If you have a system down emergency then don't hesitate to use your private extension designed specifically for emergency only situations.
